John C. Hale, an alumnus of The University of Tulsa (BS ’90, MS ’92, PhD ’97), wishes to honor the legacy of his beloved wife, the late Allison Opal Hale, who was also a TU alumna (BA ’95), by endowing a scholarship in her name in bioinformatics or a related field of study.

Allison was a devoted wife and mother of three children, who was also an accomplished musician, having played the piano and violin in both high school and college.

In fulfillment of his wishes to honor his wife’s memory and as part of The University of Tulsa’s Pioneer Program, John C. Hale has established a life insurance gift to create The Allison Opal Hale Endowed Scholarship Fund.
